What makes my cancellation policy different? These guidelines apply to myself as well as my clients. I place a high value on your time, and my own, and I know that you look forward to our sessions with great anticipation.
In order to make the best use of client and therapist time, please be aware of the following:
24 hour advance notice is requested when cancelling and re-scheduling an appointment. This allows someone else to book that time. If you are unable to give 24 hrs. advance notice, there is a charge equal to 50% of your appointment fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment. If I cancel our appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive a 50% discount on your next session.
If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, the fee as described above will apply to your missed appointment. If I fail to show up for our scheduled appointment, you will receive a 50% discount on your next session.
If you arrive late for a session, you will receive the remainder of your session time and be charged the full fee. If I determine that it is too late to start the session, we will need to re-schedule. If I am late in starting our session, you will receive the full time for the session, or have the extra time made up to you at another time, at your convenience.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your appointment, so we can have you on the table by the time your session begins.
